Shenzhen SLO Fashion Co., Ltd. was founded in 2004 and is located in the Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, China. Its parent company was established in Hangzhou in 1990. To accommodate rapid business growth, SLO factory was set up in Shenzhen a few years later.
The Shenzhen facility spans 35,000 square meters and features a state-of-the-art factory, dormitory, and recreation area. Together, both factories employ over 300 staff members and produce more than 50,000 high-fashion garments per month.
We have invested in innovative equipment sourced from around the world, including the Italian PGM automatic cutting machine and system, computer-controlled automatic sewing machines, template cutting machines, sleeve-setting machines, welt pocket opening machines, and a 3.5 x 2 meter fusing machine.
As an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) for over 25 years, our company is dedicated to manufacture quality womenswear of famous brands. The products from our factories are extremely well received by our business partners in USA, Europe, and the global market. The core value of SLO is to provide sourcing solution of vertical integrated design and production facilities under one roof.
Ireland's formal wear market has undergone a significant transformation, particularly in Dublin's Silicon Docks and the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC). The demand for high-end "Power Dressing" among female executives and modern tailored suits for men has reached an all-time high. Irish businesses are moving away from fast fashion towards sustainable, high-quality formal wear that reflects professional authority and Irish heritage.
While traditional tailoring remains respected in Savile Row-esque shops across Dublin and Cork, the industrial demand is shifting towards AI-driven manufacturing solutions. Modern Irish brands are seeking manufacturers who can offer "Digital Twin" prototyping and smart sizing algorithms. Our factory's Italian PGM system aligns perfectly with these European standards, allowing Irish designers to achieve millimeter precision in every seam.
Beyond the boardroom, Ireland’s formal wear industry thrives on social prestige. The Galway Races, the Dublin Horse Show, and university graduation ceremonies at Trinity College Dublin (TCD) or UCD create a recurring seasonal demand for sophisticated attire. Furthermore, the Irish wedding industry—a multi-million Euro sector—demands bespoke solutions for bridal parties and formal guest attire that can withstand the unique Irish climate without sacrificing style.
The Irish consumer is increasingly eco-conscious. There is a rising trend for "Slow Fashion" where garments are built to last. Our commitment to high-quality fusing machines and precision cutting minimizes fabric waste, fulfilling the green manufacturing requirements of the Irish market. We integrate AI-assisted supply chain management to ensure that every garment produced for the Irish market meets stringent EU sustainability criteria.
Our management concept set root in "technology elevated" and "people-oriented". We are the combination of factories equipped with latest technology, expert management and financial stability. We adhere to the principle of "perfect quality" and "good reputation", offering high-quality products, excellent service and absolutely competitive price.
With our three decades tradition of quality and reliability, SLO will certainly gain your trust as a partner of choice for your Irish clothing brand.
We are committed to creating a healthy and safe environment, so everyone enjoys to work in SLO as one family. Our belief is to enhance the talent of employees, put them to the right position. We concern about their growth and provide training and resources to reach individual career goals while fulfilling the company's mission.
We care about our employees. We offer remuneration package and friendly working environment, encouraging our staffs to develop their skills and knowledge, ensuring that the garments we export to Ireland are made with passion and precision.
Ireland's fashion ecosystem is unique, blending rich historical textiles like Donegal Tweed with a modern, cosmopolitan outlook. As a premier Formal Wear Manufacturer, we understand that supplying to the Irish market requires more than just mass production. It requires an understanding of the Irish silhouette and the specific functional needs of the Irish professional. Whether it's a windproof wool blazer for the brisk Dublin mornings or a lightweight breathable silk-blend suit for a summer wedding in Kerry, our manufacturing processes are optimized for versatility.
Our collaboration with global brands has taught us that quality is the best SEO strategy. In Ireland, word-of-mouth and reputation are paramount. By utilizing Italian PGM automatic cutting technology, we ensure that every blazer, trouser, and skirt has a symmetrical finish and a fit that mimics bespoke tailoring. This high-tech approach reduces human error and allows us to maintain a 50,000 garment monthly capacity without compromising on the intricate details that Irish premium brands demand.
The rise of the "Smart Office" in cities like Limerick and Waterford has shifted formal wear toward "Smart Formal." This hybrid style combines the crispness of formal attire with the comfort of casual wear. We specialize in producing garments that feature hidden stretch panels, reinforced pockets, and wrinkle-resistant fabrics—perfect for the Irish executive who is always on the move between meetings and airports. Our factory serves as a gateway for Irish designers to bring these complex, high-quality concepts to life at a competitive price point.
