We offer sample refunds. The sample fee will be fully refunded after your next order exceeds 500 pieces (mixed orders are accepted). Delivery typically takes 5-10 days via DHL/UPS.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For RTS (Ready to Ship) items, the minimum order is 10 pieces. We support mixed batches of different sizes and colors in bundles of 10.
Can I customize products with my own logo?
Yes! OEM and ODM services are both available. The MOQ for customized colors is 100 pieces, and for custom labels, it is 1000 pieces.
Do you provide DDP shipping services?
Yes, we provide full DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping services for your convenience.
