Can you accept custom small order quantities?
Yes. Our MOQ is 100pcs per design for sublimation products according to your artwork and size chart.
Can you make the color as we need?
Yes, you can choose the color you need. Provide the PMS color number to us. For small quantities, we provide fabric color cards; for large orders, we can custom dye the fabric.
Can you do the design for us?
Yes, your own samples, designs, sketches, or pictures are acceptable. We provide both OEM and ODM services.
How can I get a sample?
After approving the design, material, and printing method, you pay the sample cost. We will create the sample, share photos for approval, and then send the physical sample for your final check.
How do you ship the goods?
It depends on your requirements. Normally, orders are shipped by sea in cartons. You can also choose air freight or express services like FedEx.
What are your payment terms?
We accept PayPal (for samples) and T/T (30% deposit, 70% before delivery). We provide product and package photos before the final balance payment.
