The typical sample making time is about 3-7 days. We also accept rush orders if you have an urgent deadline.
Do you offer free samples?
If you place an order for more than 200 pieces of the design, we can refund the sample cost or offer the sample for free.
What is your quality inspection process?
We perform a 100% QC inspection three times before shipping to ensure the lowest possible defect rate. Quality issues can be refunded or fixed within 15 days of shipment.
