Q: What is the advantage of our products?
A: We are committed to researching and developing yarns of various colors. Our color richness ranks at the top in the industry, with more than 200 independently developed colors.
Q: Can you do customized colors besides your color card?
A: Yes, we can customize colors per your requirement. A reference sample from your side is needed.
Q: How can I get a sample?
A: We provide FREE SAMPLES for evaluation. We need to know the specification and quantity needed. Standard samples are free, but delivery costs are covered by the customer.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: Stock items ship immediately after PO. For customized colors, goods are ready within 7-10 days after sample confirmation and deposit.
Q: How many tons of yarn load in one container?
A: Usually one 40HQ container loads about 22-25 tons of yarn. A 20GP container can load about 9 tons, based on net weight.
