1. Can you accept sample order?
Yes, we can, as we have our own factory and sample line.
2. What do I need to provide to confirm an order?
Order quantity, material, logo process technology, backing buckle form, auxiliary material, hat purpose, and delivery timeline. Detailed pictures or samples are also helpful.
3. Can you quote without a customer logo?
Yes, please provide the application purpose and material. We can quote the price for a blank hat first, then update it once the logo is confirmed.
4. How is the quality controlled?
Each product will be inspected by 100% QC department before shipping.
5. What are the payment methods?
We accept T/T, Western Union, Paypal, and Trade Assurance.
6. How do you ship the products?
By Sea, Air, or Courier (TNT, DHL, FEDEX, UPS, etc.). We recommend express for small quantities and sea freight for large orders.
